SIA 7Lines Solutions operates the BOTSMIT platform, a courier-based robot-vacuum repair service available across the European Union.

3. COOKIES
We use:
- Essential cookies – cart, CSRF token (first-party, session).
- Analytics – Google Analytics (IP anonymisation enabled).

We never sell personal data.
5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Whenever data leaves the EEA (e.g., Mailgun, Google) we rely on:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (Art 46 GDPR)
- Additional encryption at rest and in transit
- Transfer Impact Assessments (TIA) on request.
6. HOW WE SECURE DATA
- TLS 1.3 encryption for all traffic
- AES-256 encrypted backups
- Principle of least privilege (staff, contractors)
- Annual penetration testing
- Two-factor authentication for admin accounts
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You may, at any time:
- Access your data (Art 15)
- Rectify inaccurate data (Art 16)
- Erase (“right to be forgotten”, Art 17)
- Restrict processing (Art 18)
- Data portability (Art 20)
- Object to processing based on Art 6 (1)(f) or direct-marketing (Art 21)
- Withdraw consent (Art 7 (3)) – marketing stops immediately.

8. CHILDREN
Our service is not directed to minors (< 18 years). We do not knowingly process such data.
9. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
We do not use profiling or automated decisions that produce legal or significant effects.
10. LINKS TO THIRD PARTIES
Our site may link to how-to videos or blogs. We have no control over their privacy practices.
11. CHANGES
We may update this notice to reflect legal or business changes. The latest version is always at https://botsmit.com/privacy. Major changes are announced by e-mail to registered users 30 days in advance.
