Is the diagnostic process really free?
Yes. We do not charge any fee for diagnostics. Once your robot arrives at our service center, our technicians will inspect it and determine what needs to be done. We will then send you a repair quote. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, you only pay for the return shipping. If you choose to proceed, the cost of return shipping will be added to your final repair invoice.
Where is your service center located,
and how do I send in my robot?
Our main service center is in Eduarda Smiļģa iela 2a, Zemgales priekšpilsēta, Rīga, LV-1048 (Latvia), but please note that we operate only via courier shipping. We do not accept in-person drop-offs at this time.
- Fill out the repair request form on our website.
- Pay for shipping (the cost will be displayed during checkout; if your robot comes with a large base station, shipping may be higher).
- Print out the courier label we provide and stick it on a sturdy box with your robot vacuum inside.
- Hand the package to the courier on the date/time you select.

Wich brands do you repair?
We service Roborock, Xiaomi, Dreame, Viomi, Roidmi, Lidsto, Ecovacs, Hobot, iRobot, eufy, and many other brands commonly sold in Europe. If your brand isn’t listed, contact us; we may still be able to help.
How do I know if my robot needs service?
Your robot vacuum might need professional attention if you notice:
- Reduced suction or cleaning performance
- Decreased run time or failure to hold a charge
- Loud or unusual noises (clunking, grinding)
- Error codes, persistent beeping, or inability to start
- Constant circling or trouble docking
- Visible damage to the robot or any of its components
If you experience any of these, send it in for a free diagnostic to determine the cause.
What’s the turnaround time for repairs?
Typically, diagnostics and repair can take 5–10 business days once the robot arrives at our facility. This includes:
- 1–2 days for inspection and quoting
- Additional time for the actual repair and final testing
We’ll keep you updated if delays occur (for example, if a rare part needs to be ordered).
What does the repair/service involve?
Our service typically includes:
- Comprehensive inspection and cleaning of all key components
- Testing and, if necessary, replacement of faulty parts (motors, sensors, etc.)
- Battery health assessment
- Thorough cleaning of wheels, brushes, filters, and sensors
- Performance checks on both hard floor and carpeted surfaces
If any replacement parts (including accessories like filters or brushes) are required, you will be notified in your repair quote. Should you agree, we can add them to your final invoice so that your robot is returned to you fully serviced and ready to go.
How long is the warranty on repairs?
All repairs and parts come with a 6-month warranty. This includes both labor and any components we install. If you encounter the same issue again within this period (under normal use conditions), we’ll fix it free of charge.
How do I pay for shipping, repairs, and accessories?
When you submit your repair request on our website, you’ll see the courier shipping cost (this depends on your location and the size/weight of the package). You pay that at checkout, and we’ll generate a prepaid shipping label for you to print.
- After diagnostics, we’ll send you a repair quote. If you approve it, you pay for the repair plus return shipping.
- Accessories (e.g., new brushes, filters) can also be added to the final invoice if you need them.
We accept all major payment methods (credit cards, etc.), processed through our secure payment system.
Can I drop my robot off in person?
No. We currently only offer repairs via courier shipping. All robots must be mailed to us using the prepaid shipping label you receive after submitting your request. This helps us keep operations streamlined and ensures you have a clear record of each step.
